Where are your products manufactured?

They take place 100% in Switzerland.
For our "blank" hoodies, we searched extensively worldwide to find the perfect fit and a high-quality, durable fabric. We source these from our selected international partners to offer you premium quality at a fair price. Each piece is then personally finished by us in our Swiss atelier.

Which photo is best suited?

Photos with good lighting and clear outlines work best. Selfies, couple photos, or pictures of pets are great! Make sure nothing important is cut off. The sharper the photo, the more detailed the embroidery can be.

Will I get a preview of the design?

To process your order as quickly as possible (and keep the price fair), we don't send preliminary drafts. But don't worry: Our designers are experts at transforming the most important details of your photo into an aesthetically pleasing outline. Trust us!

Is Amorli a Swiss company?

Yes, we are based in Switzerland and also ship our products from Switzerland.

Can I pay with Twint?

Yes, we also offer Twint as a payment method!

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all common payment methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and many others.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Since we make each hoodie individually for you, we need approximately 2 business days for production. After that, Swiss Post takes over. Your package will usually arrive 3 to 4 business days after ordering.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! If you need it really fast (e.g., a last-minute gift), you can select the express option at checkout. We will then prioritize your order in production and shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Since we often start creating your design immediately, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of receiving your order . Please send us an email to info@amorli.ch immediately to cancel.

Can I return the hoodie if it doesn't fit?

Since your hoodie is a personalized, one-of-a-kind item, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference or incorrect size. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering.
